Mission
The CODFA PAC is the primary committee charged with addressing legislative and political issues which affect the faculty as a whole, including but not limited to gathering and distributing information, organizing faculty for specific political actions, and endorsing/campaigning for candidates for the Board of Trustees.
April 2011 Election
The upcoming April 5, 2011 Board of Trustees election will be so important to the future of COD, and raising money to campaign for good candidates is essential. Fortunately, thanks to the contributions of many individuals and groups, ranging from small dollar amounts to large donations from other IEA local unions, Friends for Education was able to run a reasonably successful campaign the last time around in 2009.
We are asking you to donate to Friends for Education once more. Please kick off our Spring Fund Drive by mailing a check to the FFE PO Box. In order to run another successful election, we will depend on your generosity. We need your help. Please encourage friends, family, neighbors, and retired COD workers to donate as well.
